Wow. Just standing outside NESTA finishing a phone call, and just seen a group of 7 kids cut and steal a bike *right in front of me*
I shouted at them, and they dropped the cutters, but only for a second. Then they finished cutting the lock and rode off.
NESTA security got them all on CCTV. Whole thing was very brazen and bizarre, though. Should I have done more to stop them than just shout?
