NMA awards last night were unbelievably raucous. Dara O’Briain just gave up and did his set for just the first few rows. Lots of fun, tho’

Maybe in a globalised, connected world, Govs only have enough control for grand gestures where they have a monopoly - ie Health, Defence
In many areas - ie finance, media, comms - gov policy can only be tactical - nudges to incentivise, and bailouts when the shit hits the fan
